Caddo Connections is aware of the potential impact of the Coronavirus outbreak could have on our business operations. As we produce products for manufacturers which are deemed essential in many of the critical infrastructure sectors including, but not limited to, Defense and Emergency Services, “shelter from home” orders will not affect our business operations.
Our facility will remain OPEN, ACCEPTING ORDERS AND SHIPPING PRODUCT.

Nothing is certain during this volatile situation. If we are forced to close for any reason, we will send out an immediate email to all our customers. We want to communicate the key steps we are taking in our efforts to keep our operations running during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. These include but are not limited to:

1. Following the guidelines and practices as outlined by the federal government and the CDC, including frequent hand washing, hand sanitizer uses and social distancing.
2. Visitors are prohibited on premises.
3. All company business travel has ceased.
4. We have instituted additional cleaning procedures in our facilities, including engaging in additional sanitizing and enhancing our disinfecting procedures.
5. Office employees’ have the capability and are working remotely.

Our distributor base and component manufacturers are leveraging their global supply chain including identifying alternative suppliers. Using this information, we will work with our customers to procure material prior to when an out of stock situation would arise. We are requesting updated forecast and product requirements as soon as possible to allow us time to react to your request.
